Debt Help with Just Budget

I spoke with Jacob and Casey and I have to say I am blown away from their customer service. If you see my reviews, you know I am an honest and sometimes brutally honest reviewer. I am genuinely impressed with how they have made me feel very comfortable in what feels like the toughest and most sensitive topic to discuss. I am very grateful and I already feel so much relief from my situation and like I can start to enjoy life again.

Keanue and Tom were straightforward but kind, non judgmental, empathetic and were transparent up front on what your fees were which are very reasonable. Not to mention professional and efficient and had me on a payment plan that day. Thank you Keanue and Tom – you are both amazing.

Just Budget is one of the better budgeting companies I have come across. They were super helpful from the beginning and allowed me to get on top of my debt straight away. I was fortunate enough to come into a large sum of money and the finalisation of the accounts and payout process was super simple.

One thing I would say is to read the terms and conditions as there was an early payout fee, after the initial plan set up fee, that I was initially not aware of (mainly due to me not reading terms and conditions when I signed up).

Other than that, which was my own fault, the service was amazing and they showed that they really care about helping people become debt free. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling.

Keanu was incredibly easy to work with and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout our interaction. He responded to all of my questions promptly, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. His clear communication and attention to detail have given me a great sense of confidence, particularly in knowing that my financial situation will be much less stressful moving forward. Worse financial company. They claim to be financial planners as you need to have a qualification in order to look after debt negotiations or debt management. The person i was allocated (Shannon), was very unprofessional, and has not looked after my case properly. The worse thing of all, Ive been with them now for 6 months and still have not even received an account statement, as they claim they have not fixed their software integrations. Not sure how this company is 5 star service, i think these reviews are fake. As they dont manage things properly.

They stopped all harassing emails, calls and messages to my creditors.
They spoke on my behalf and worked endlessly to come to a financial solution for my debts.
One easy payment per week and I have my life back.

Chloe is by far the best person Ive ever spoken to in this kind of situation.
