Refund Policy

Just Budget aims to be both transparent and fair at all times. We have developed a refund policy, which, as with all refund policies, has some conditions. We are happy to explain them here:

The Refund Policy applies to any monies debited from you (our client), by Just Budget Pty Ltd or its authorised agents that relate to any application fee charged.

If you decide you want to withdraw your application after we have engaged with your creditors, a refund will not be possible as we still have to cover our basic costs.

For those applications that are not accepted there is usually a reason beyond Just Budget’s control such as our client forgetting to tell us something important. An example of something important might be that you own a half share in a house worth a lot of money and this hasn’t been disclosed. If you forget to tell us something really important and it affects the outcome of your application a refund will not be possible, as we still have to cover our costs.

By signing the Just Budget Appointment and Agreement form, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.

You agree you will co‐operate with Just Budget and provide information when required and necessary so that Just Budget may perform its obligations and duties. If you fail to co-operate and this impacts your application, a refund will not be possible.

You accept Just Budget is unable to guarantee any performance outcome and you will not hold Just Budget responsible for any failure, mistake or any subsequent action taken by a third party. You agree you will not hold Just Budget responsible for any damages even if Just Budget has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Once your application has been successfully completed, the Refund Policy no longer applies as we have done what we promised to do.

From time to time, special allowances may apply to a refund. This depends on where we are within the negotiations.
