How to Make a Complaint

If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, you can submit a complaint directly to us. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your complaint:

  1. We’ll acknowledge it within 2 business days
  2. A dedicated case manager will investigate your concern
  3. We aim to resolve most issues within 10 business days
  4. We’ll keep you informed of progress and provide a final outcome in writing.

If more time is needed, we’ll let you know why and give you an expected timeframe.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) – a free, independent dispute resolution service.
